By Steve Laser

Honda Access is planning to display a trio of accessorized models with a Honda Camp-themed exhibit at Outdoor Day Japan Kobe 2026. The Japan Auto Camping Association has scheduled the event at Meriken Park for the weekend of Sept. 26-27.

This year’s Honda Camp display includes the Honda N-VAN e: FUN, Super-ONE, and Freed CROSSTAR. All are expected to showcase vehicle features, Honda Access accessories, and outdoor goods sourced from independent suppliers, for camping and outdoor activities.

N-VAN e: FUN “Overnight Camping”

Honda energized the N-VAN light commercial vehicle lineup two years ago with the addition of the N-VAN e: all-electric model. Honda Access offers an array of accessories to enhance the versatility for work and play.

A genuine accessory power supply is said to supply items to draw power stored in the vehicle at AC 100V / maximum 1500W. Honda Access plans to demonstrate the ability to cook rice with an electric rice cooker at the Honda Camp display.

Super-ONE “Day Camp”

Honda Super-ONE, a performance-themed sibling to the N-ONE e: mini electric vehicle, joined the lineup this year. Heritage-inspired “Bulldog Style” accessories from Honda Access enhance the exterior and further evoke a sporty driving experience.

Honda Access says it will introduce a café style for day camping. The electric vehicle can supply power for activities such as boiling water and brewing coffee, further enhancing the camping and outdoor theme.

Freed e:HEV CROSSTAR “Campervan”

The third-generation Honda Freed compact MPV offers a CROSSTAR e:HEV with a rugged look. Honda Access accessories with the “Active-Tough Style” theme can customize the appearance with features including a special grille, trim, and alloy wheels.

Flexible seating in the Freed CROSSTAR can create a wide, flat area extending from the rear seats to the cargo room. Honda Access says it plans to set up a mini projector and screen to transform the space into a “theater room”.

According to Honda Access, Outdoor Day Japan has been held since 2010. The event this year is said to the fourth time held in Kobe, while Honda Camp has been exhibiting since the first event.

Note: Honda Camp vehicle displays, accessories for Japan-market models, and event scheduling are subject to change without notice.
